Go to page 10 and read cover story interview with Ray Davies in the May 1973 issue of ROCK SCENE magazine.

The Kinks perform “Waterloo Sunset” live in London in 1973. The song was written and produced by lead vocalist Ray Davies and appeared on their album Something Else by the Kinks. It is one of the bands most well-known songs and was their first single to be released in true stereo. The cover story of this issue of Rock Scene Magazine features a Ray Davies interview with Cherry Cola that can be found on page 10. Cherry said, “Ray Davies (is) one of the greatest entertainers of our time. Not rock musician. Not guitar player, but a supremely talented individual who can get onto a bare stage and with what he does he can make people laugh or cry.”
